As we complete this acquisition, I want to be the first to welcome everyone from Southern Transportation Insurance Agency to Triumph. We have been looking forward to this day and we’re glad you’re here!

We’re very proud of what we’ve built at Triumph. You should be very proud of what you all have built at Southern. Together, I think we can build something even better. Triumph is focused on serving the trucking industry. We offer truckers of all sizes – from owner-operators to large fleets – financial and insurance services to help them achieve their goals and protect their businesses.

You all know the insurance part of the business and how important it is to trucking companies. In addition to insurance, Triumph helps smaller trucking businesses manage their cash flow with invoice factoring through Triumph Business Capital. We also provide access to a fuel discount program aimed at improving their profit margins. We can also help businesses acquire trucks and trailers through our equipment lending business at Triumph Commercial Finance. There are benefits of providing multiple financial services to our customers. For our customers, it gives them a single source of contact for financial and insurance services that keep their business running. For Triumph, it expands our footprint and improves our operating efficiency to distribute multiple products through a unified marketing channel.

I have no doubt you all will be successful here. You will have more tools and a larger platform than ever. More importantly, you are joining a team with a unique culture. Culture is not just eloquent words on a website or motivational posters on a wall. Culture is the guiding principles of how we go about our work. Read about those principles.

I look forward to seeing each of you around the office. If I can ever be of help to you, please do not hesitate to ask. Welcome to Triumph.
