“Thank You For Giving Us Live Water”: Day Two in El Salvador

“Thank You for Giving Us Live Water” adorned a sign made by the children in the village. This sign hanging outside of the school inspired the Triumph team this morning.

Our Triumph team is not only digging a well, they are fostering friendships with children and adults in the village.

Team members have been working with the people of the village on incorporating proper hygiene habits, while distributing the toothbrushes and toothpaste that were collected before the team’s departure.

This afternoon, the well reached its target depth of 79 feet, hitting a major milestone in the project. The team will focus on completing the well this week.

At the end of the day, the team members are humbled, because they are reminded of the adults and children in the village who are thankful for giving them “live water”.
